Japanese lottery DMM Scratch announced a collaboration with the animated franchise of Kanojo mo Kanojo (Girlfriend, Girlfriend), in conducting a product sweepstakes that will be available in the period from February 1 to March 1 this year, with entry tickets priced at 660 yen (about US$7).


Products available for prize include wallpapers, acrylic stands, printed mini-illustrations, acrylic key chains, metal medallions, among others. The collaboration has a Valentine’s Day theme, so characters Saki Saki, Nagisa Minase, Rika Hoshizaki and Shino Kiryuu appear in Valentine’s Day-themed outfits.




Hiroyuki began publishing the manga through the magazine. Weekly Shonen Magazine from the publisher Kodansha in March 2020. The publisher released the sixth compilation volume last June 17, followed by the seventh one last August 17 in Japan. Hiroyuki is also the author of manga such as Aho Girl, Doujin Work y Mangaka-san to Assistant-san towhich have inspired anime adaptations.
The play inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. Tezuka Productionsunder the direction of Satoshi Kuwahara and scripts written by Keiichirou Oochiwhich aired during the Summer-2021 season (July-September). So far there is no information about the production of a second season.
Synopsis of Kanojo mo Kanojo
After harboring an unrequited love for several years, Naoya Mukai finally gets a date with his childhood friend, Saki Saki. However, just as she tries to commit to this relationship, she receives an abrupt confession from Nagisa Minase. At first, Naoya tries to reject her but is soon overwhelmed by feelings of not wanting to hurt her. Trying to avoid betraying his girlfriend’s trust in him, Naoya thinks of a “solution” to make them both happy: date them both. Naturally, Saki rejects the idea, but through Naoya and Nagisa’s persistence, she ends up agreeing. With this, a three-way romance begins between Naoya, his girlfriend and his other girlfriend, who already have a relationship that deviates from the social norm.
