The eleventh compilation volume was released in June 2021, followed by the twelfth last January 12 in Japan.

Synopsis of Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon
When Kobayashi leaves for work for another day, she opens the door to her apartment and is met with an unusually terrifying sight: the head of a dragon staring at her from the balcony.
The dragon immediately transforms into a pretty, buxom, energetic young woman dressed in a maid’s outfit, who introduces herself as Tohru.
It turns out that the stoic programmer had encountered the dragon the night before on a drunken excursion into the mountains, and since the mythical beast had nowhere else to go, she had offered the creature a place to stay in her home.
So Tohru had arrived to take advantage of the offer, ready to repay her savior’s kindness by working as her personal servant.
Although she deeply regrets her words and hesitates to keep her promise, a mixture of guilt and Tohru’s incredible dragon skills convince Kobayashi to take the girl in.
Despite being extremely efficient at her job, the maid’s unorthodox methods of housekeeping often end up horrifying Kobayashi and sometimes bring him more trouble than help.
In addition, the circumstances of the dragon’s arrival on Earth seem to be much more complicated than they appear at first glance, as Tohru carries some heavy emotions and painful memories.
To make matters worse, Tohru’s presence ends up attracting other mythical beings to his new home, which brings out a host of eccentric personalities.
